"Business development services for small and medium-sized enterprises of Ukraine, which are in a state of crisis due to the ongoing war"
A team of 70 management consultants led by the President of CMC-Ukraine and the head of the Business School of Consulting Olga Trofimova have been rallying around the needs of domestic business since the first days of Russian aggression. We are convinced that new standards of consulting work are being formed in Ukraine right now. Such consulting, which will be flexible enough to meet customer requests, and professional enough to meet the challenges of a specific direction of the company's activity at the moment.
Business School of Consulting
As part of the project of the German government company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH "Promoting the economic participation of vulnerable population groups, including internally displaced persons, in the Sea of Azov region", a program of training and preparation for the international professional certification of SMS management consultants of the Azov Region was implemented (southern regions of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions). The purpose of the program was to train a team of business development consultants whose qualifications and approach to work meet high international standards and a code of ethics.
Consulting assistance in developing business plans for mini-grants
In the period from November 2021 till February 2022, members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants CMC-Ukraine participated in the large-scale project of the German government company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the International Labor Organization (ILO) "Promoting the economic participation of vulnerable population groups, including internally displaced persons, in the region of the Sea of Azov".

Helping to restore Ukrainian business is currently the primary task of the CMC-Ukraine community. To understand the needs and priorities of enterprises in different parts of the country, we are in constant contact and collect needs, find out the priorities of managers of different levels and branches of the economy.
Course for top-managers "Recovery management"
The course for managers "Recovery Management" from the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants CMC-Ukraine is aimed at sharing practice and experience accumulated by consultants and businesses over the past three months. The course is designed for business owners, business leaders, HR professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking answers to pressing questions during wartime. It consists of 10+ meaningful thematic online meetings from professional management consultants of the CMC-Ukraine community.
