Consulting assistance in developing business plans for mini-grants
In the period from November 2021 till February 2022, members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants "CMC-UKRAINE" participated in the large-scale project of the German government company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the International Labor Organization (ILO) "Promoting the economic participation of vulnerable population groups, including internally displaced persons, in the region of the Sea of Azov".
The project involved the provision of consulting assistance in the development of business plans for receiving mini-grants by vulnerable groups of the population of the Azov region, namely residents of Mariupol, Berdiansk, Tokmak, Melitopol and Prymorskyi districts. During the specified period, "CMC-UKRAINE" consultants processed about 400 beneficiary applications, 325 people received consulting support.
Business planning is not only a process of coordinating the flow of resources, activities and actions, it is an opportunity to declare yourself to investors, start your own business and reach a new level in the Ukrainian market. The business ideas of the beneficiaries related to various fields of business: from online educational projects to the production of finished products and the development of tourist services in the Azov region.
Consulting services to the beneficiaries were provided by 26 graduates of the Business School of Consulting, trained by trainers and mentors of the international level, the vast majority of consultants have CMC certification. The high level of training of "CMC-UKRAINE" experts, their compliance with international standards for the provision of consulting services, in particular ISO20700, allowed the candidates of the program "Promoting the economic participation of vulnerable population groups, including internally displaced persons, in the Sea of Azov region" to receive quality assistance at all stages of planning – from formulating a business idea to a plan for the return on investment in their projects.
