In difficult times for the country, the "CMC-Ukraine" community actively interacts with representatives of the real sector of the economy, authorities, international community and donor organizations in order to support the domestic economy and reformat the market of consulting services for the needs of the wartime.

Our attention is focused on the development of areas of consulting (Critical Consulting Services), which are needed, first of all, by the priority sectors of the economy of Ukraine: marketing and sales, operational management, personnel management, finance and fundraising, digital transformation.

From the first days of the Russian aggression, the mobilization of management consultants was announced, during which about 80 professionals joined the community. Best practicies, experience and personal competences of the community members are today united around one big project - protecting the borders and restoring the economy of Ukraine.

It should also be noted that in our community there are consultants who participate in projects and work with clients, being on the front line.
