The Silver medal Constantinus International 2023!
The unprecedented news for the consulting market in Ukraine – the project presented by our community CMC4UKRAINE received the Silver medal Constantinus International Award!
Being established by International Council Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) in 2011, this award is the most prestigious international award in the consulting industry. The award is handed out to the best consultants and consulting projects for the purpose of promoting the consulting service on a global scale.
This year, 25 exemplary innovative projects within such fields as management consulting and IT from all over the globe were submitted to the Constantinus International Award. Slovenia received two awards – the gold and silver medals, and the second silver medal was given to Ukraine.
The award is a high score given by the honourable international jury to the consultants of the CMC-Ukraine community for the work they carried out. Common innovative solutions and outstanding accomplishments in the field of the Ukrainian management consulting at the time of war and global challenges were pointed out and recognized.
Alfred Harl, Chairman of the Constantinus International, emphasized the importance of this international award:
“It vividly demonstrates the extent to which excellent results can be produced by strong transborder cooperation between consulting firms and customers.”
At the height of continuing conflicts in Ukraine and Israel, Harl considers the international award Constantinus a catalyst for necessary international cooperation:
“In particular during the era of global uncertainty, innovative opportunities and ability to solve problems, demonstrated in the projects, play a crucial role in strengthening the unity between enterprises and communities, contributing to stability and safety.”
The Silver medal 2023 was received by the project submitted by CMC4UKRAINE which was set up for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH. According to the jury, “this outstanding project played an essential role in the transformation of emergency consulting services by adopting the “uberization” approach, even during the conflict.”
We are delighted to inform you that the President of CMC-Ukraine Olga Trofymova is invited as a guest of honour to the ceremony of Constantinus International Award 2023. The event will take place in Hofburg – the residence of Austrian emperors in Vienna.
The dedicated work of more than 80 Ukrainian management consultants, aimed to support the national economy, was noticed and highly appreciated. We are taking pride in having Olga Trofymova receive the award herself, since on her initiative and under her guidance was it plausible to realize such a large and worthwhile project!
We are grateful to the whole team of CMC-Ukraine and partners for professionalism, resilience and exclusive cooperation! To get the medal from Constantinus International Award 2023 is the best possible reward for our work.
