Consulting support for MSMEs
The applications are still being accepted for receiving consulting support for MSMEs as a part of the project “Access to funding and support of MSME’s sustainability in Ukraine – Phase II”.
If Your enterprise falls under the category of micro, small or medium business, is registered as a legal entity and the business functions for no less than 1 year, You are able to receive up to 40 hours of consulting support and coaching from the management consultants of the CMC-Ukraine community.
In the first place, the Project will provide support to the enterprises that refer to the industries that are significant for the economy of Ukraine, and enterprises that have withstood damaging impact because of the war.
The consulting support is being provided in the following areas:
- development of export operations;
- strategy development and adaptation;
- sales and marketing;
- digital transformation of business;
- energy efficiency and energy conservation;
- operational and productive efficiency;
- consultations on legal issues;
- consultations on accounting, tax accounting and management accounting.
