Consulting support for improving the results of activity of manufacturing enterprises
The selection of participants for the project “CMC4Ukraine. Recovery and development of manufacturing enterprises” has begun.
Performance of an enterprise is crucial for economics in the period of challenges and dynamic changes. The Ukrainian business demonstrates resilience, ability to maintain partners and customers’ trust, innovations and high level of social responsibility.
Experience shows that directors of manufacturing enterprises infrequently turn for external support in dealing with strategic and operational issues, relying on their own strength and resources.
The objective of the project is to develop partnership for seeking better solutions and achieving sustainable results of manufacturing enterprises, which have experienced the destructive impact of the war.

Before filling the application form for receiving consulting services, we kindly ask you to pay attention whether your company is in compliance with the following criteria:
state registration as a legal entity;
activity on the controlled territory of Ukraine;
absence in sanctions lists;
is not in the process of termination of activity or bankruptcy;
the number of personnel – no less than 25 employees;
the main activity is manufacturing.
The priority in participation in the project will be given to enterprises from Donetsk, Lugansk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions on the controlled territory of Ukraine, as well as from Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv and Kyiv regions.

The project is carried out by management consultants of the “All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants CMC-Ukraine” with the support of USAID’s Program “Competitive Economy of Ukraine”.
