"Business development services for small and medium-sized enterprises of Ukraine, which are in a state of crisis due to the ongoing war"

Representatives of the professional community The Institute of Management Consultants "CMC-Ukraine" have been active participants in the economic front since the first days of the war. They are familiar with the problems, needs and requests of business in practice.

A team of 70 management consultants led by the President of "CMC-UKRAINE" and the head of the Business School of Consulting Olga Trofimova have been rallying around the needs of domestic business since the first days of Russian aggression.

We are convinced that new standards of consulting work are being formed in Ukraine right now. Such consulting, which will be flexible enough to meet customer requests, and professional enough to meet the challenges of a specific direction of the company's activity at the moment.

The project is ongoing, more than 100 domestic enterprises have joined it and have already started work with their consultants. Owners, heads, managers of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine receive professional consulting support in the following areas: marketing and sales, operational management, personnel management, finance and fundraising, digital transformation.

The project is implemented by the "All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants "CMC-Ukraine" together with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) with the support of the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development and the national platform for the development of entrepreneurship "Diya-Business".
