Survey "Recovery of the Ukrainian economy: urgent needs of business in work with personnel"

Helping to restore Ukrainian business is currently the primary task of the "CMC-Ukraine" community. To understand the needs and priorities of enterprises in different parts of the country, we are in constant contact and collect needs, find out the priorities of managers of different levels and branches of the economy.

At the beginning of April 2022, surveys and in-depth interviews of heads of Ukrainian enterprises were conducted. The purpose of the study was to understand the current state of Ukrainian business and to determine the most urgent business needs in working with people. Currently, the leaders face acute problems of providing information regarding changes in personnel legislation, internal communications with personnel, psychological support and general stabilization of the psycho-emotional state.

The results of the research served as the basis for the creation of a volunteer project - a course for managers "Recovery Management".
