Business School of Consulting
As part of the project of the German government company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH "Promoting the economic participation of vulnerable population groups, including internally displaced persons, in the Sea of Azov region", a program of training and preparation for the international professional certification of SMS management consultants of the Azov Region was implemented (southern regions of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions). The purpose of the program was to train a team of business development consultants whose qualifications and approach to work meet high international standards and a code of ethics.
Our partners and the CMC-Ukraine community, led by Olga Trofymova - its President and Head of the Business School of Consulting - conducted diagnostic selection, training and mentoring support for 39 regional consultants and certified 33 of them.
As part of the comprehensive training and certification program, which lasted from May 2021 till February 2022, all 39 consultants of the Azov region were trained at a business school. And for 33 management consultants, the public defense procedure for obtaining the high status of a certified management consultant (CMC) was the completion of training.
The protection procedure was preceded by six educational modules, where consultants improved their qualifications in the following areas:
- Development of general skills in providing business consulting services in accordance with the professional standard ISO 20700.
- Increasing the level of technical competencies of a management consultant.
- Management of values and behavioral competencies.
Work with beneficiaries, representatives of vulnerable population categories.
