"Recovery management"
The course for managers "Recovery Management" from the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants "CMC-Ukraine" is aimed at sharing practice and experience accumulated by consultants and businesses over the past three months. The course is designed for business owners, business leaders, HR professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking answers to pressing questions during wartime. It consists of 10+ meaningful thematic online meetings from professional management consultants of the "CMC-Ukraine" community.
The objective of the course: assistance in the recovery of Ukrainian business, assistance in solving the most pressing business needs in working with employees, partners, and clients.
The participants of the course received:
- opportunities to review their own responses to the challenges of the war
- systematized practice of business response to wartime problems
- effective personnel management and internal communication tools
- interpretation of changes in legislation in the main areas of business activity
- recommendations on the use of financial management tools and fundraising
- improvement of self-regulation skills and formation of psychological stability of leaders and teams that find themselves in difficult circumstances.
Realization of the course was preceded by a large-scale research work of the HR battalion of the "CMC Ukraine" community - a survey "Recovery of the Ukrainian economy: urgent needs of business in work with personnel."
