Survey “Recovery of the Ukrainian economy: urgent needs of business in work with personnel”

Promotion of the recovery of the Ukrainian business is a primary task of the CMC-Ukraine community at the moment. In order to understand the needs and priorities of enterprises from different parts of the country, we stay in regular contact and gather needs, inquire the priorities of managers of different levels and branches of economy.

At the beginning of April 2022, survey and in-depth interviews with top-managers of Ukrainian enterprises were conducted. The research was aimed at understanding the current condition of the Ukrainian business and identifying the most relevant needs of business in the work with personnel. Right now, leaders are acutely facing the problems of providing information concerning changes in Personnel Regulations, internal communications with personnel, psychological support and overall stabilization of psycho-emotional state.

The results of the research served as the basis for the creation of a volunteer project – the course for top-managers “Recovery management”.
