A course for top-managers “Recovery management”

The course for top-managers “Management of recovery” was launched in April 2022 by the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants CMC-Ukraine and is aimed at sharing practice and experience which were gained by consultants and business during the period of the military crisis. The course was designed for owners of business, heads of enterprises, specialists in human resources management and entrepreneurs who search for answers to pressing questions in wartime. It consists of 10+ meaningful thematic online meetings conducted by the professional management consultants of the CMC-Ukraine community.

The goal of the course is promotion of the recovery of the Ukrainian business, assistance in solving the most relevant needs of business in the work with employees, partners, customers.

The participants of the project will get:

• possibilities to review their own responds to the challenges of the war;
• a systemized practice of business responding to the issues of the military time;
• effective tools of personnel and internal communications management;
• interpretation of the changes in regulations in the main directions of the entrepreneurial activity;
• recommendations concerning usage of the tools of financial management and fund raising;
• improvement of skills of self-regulation and formation of psychological resilience of the leaders and teams who found themselves in difficult circumstances.

The implementation of the course was preceded by a large-scale research work of the HR-department of the CMC-Ukraine community – the survey “Recovery of the Ukrainian economy: urgent needs of business in work with personnel”.
