The project “Business Development Services Provided to Ukrainian MSME in crisis due to the ongoing war”.

One of the best business support projects in Ukraine has been realized.

The representatives of the professional community the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants/Institute of Management Consultants CMC-Ukraine are active participants of the economic front since the first days of the war, and they are well acquainted in practice with the issues, needs and demands of the business.

The team consisting of more than 70 management consultants under the leadership of the President of CMC-Ukraine and the head of the Business School of Consulting Olga Trofymova from the first days of the russian aggression is uniting around the needs of the domestic business.

We are convinced that it is right now when new standards of consulting work are being formed in Ukraine. Consulting which will be flexible enough to comply with the requests from customers and professional enough to respond to the challenges of a certain direction of the activity of an enterprise at the moment. 

More than 500 domestic enterprises joined the project. Owners, heads and managers of small and medium sized Ukrainian business have received professional consulting support in the following directions: Marketing and Sales, Operations Management, Human Resources Management, Finances and Fundraising, Digital Transformation.
