In “Likar-Invest” people are aware of the fact that they are engaged in activity, which is crucial in building and realizing the strategy pf preservation and recovery of human resources of Ukraine during and after the war. The directors and the team of the company are permanent participants and initiators of a number of scientific research programs in cooperation with:

- Dresden University of Tribology (Germany);
- University of Tribology (Radom, Poland).
The company is joining the program by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine concerning medical recovery after injuries and bone defects of soldiers and combatants.
The company “Likar-Invest” is in need for involvement of private investments. As for today, business has provided funding of the investment program on their own by 75%.
“It may sound strange, but plenty of medical business of Ukraine were in a very poor condition and at a standstill before the war. The war has become an opportunity. On the one hand, business has dipped, but on the other hand – thanks to volunteers, the clinics are packed with materials for medical purpose,” – points out the president of the company, scientist and researcher, businessman Vyacheslav Dyomin.
When the russian army attacked the towns and villages in Kyiv region, Vyacheslav Dyomin stopped the activity of the business. He was actively volunteering – from helping to build fortifications to delivering food for forensic experts who worked in overloaded morgues of Kyiv region. In that time, even experienced volunteers were afraid of visiting the places where forensic experts worked. Those places were too horrific. Experts worked with victims of the war crimes of the russian army.
Patients’ request compelled Vyacheslav to return to the operating block and do the work.
The resumption of the work of the company “Likar-Invest” during the war coincided with their participation in the project “Business Development Services Provided to Ukrainian MSME in crisis due to the ongoing war” which is realized by CMC-Ukraine together with Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) with the support of Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office and National Platform Diia.Business.
The work in the project, in particular preparation of the company for the search for an investor, is performed together with the management consultant Natalya Dzuba.
“Working in the project is incredibly interesting. I had done a great amount of work. And here, I realized how many small setbacks I have and how many unthought things there are in my business. Here, I have become fully self-aware, aware of my business; have gained clarity. After the first months of the war, I felt like there wasn’t enough strength for me to move. Now, I have energy and mood to work,” – shares Vyacheslav Dyomin.
We are working together for the sake of recovery of the Ukrainian business.
