“I am the manager of a regional structural department of the company “Agrosem”. We are a large company and we work in the agricultural sector. I am empowered to make decisions on my own on the level of four regions entrusted to me. Pick me up for participation in the project!”

That was Rostislav Petrov’s request during the first meeting.

In fact, the decision about joining Rostislav in the project had been made immediately, since the agricultural sector and everything concerning food security of the country – is a priority for the team of the project and an unconditional honour to be helpful for our courageous agrarians. They are our tomorrow, as well as the main support for our defenders. Rostislav Petrov was not aware of the fact that during the intersessional meetings of team clusters of the project, the stories of how the courage of Ukrainian farmers reinforces the courage of soldiers are discussed on a regular basis.

“We are concerned about the future. Since the beginning of the war, our company did not stop working, not even for a single day. For us, consultants present the opportunity to find two or three ideas, which we will be able to put to work in order to have a point of support,” – point out in the team of “Agrosem”.

Thanks to the project, the regional department of the company has accomplishments in the field of tools and methods of expansion of the sales market, adaptation of the business model to the present. The CMC-Ukraine community gained some valuable partners. We are proud of such participants!
