A synergic effect – Marina Petrova’s review

Since the first days of the russian aggression, the CMC-Ukraine community is actively fighting on the economic front. We are particularly delighted when our clients feel a synergic effect from our consultants’ work. It is exactly the main value we strive for.

We introduce to you the review of a participant of the project “Business Development Services Provided to Ukrainian MSME in crisis due to the ongoing war” Marina Petrova – the owner and director of the evaluation company TM “Renta Group” – about her experience in cooperating with consultants:

“Years of experience and covid realities taught us to successfully work with colleagues remotely and on the 24th of February we were in different cities of the country. When the military aggression started, we stayed in touch in a messenger chat, the maintenance of which I took over. Every morning I wrote a small motivational text. According to the number of likes, the colleagues quantified whether everyone is alive and in touch. For every one of us the main thing was to take care of personal safety and provide it for the closest people.

At the end of May, it became clearer where each of the colleagues and partners turned out to be after a period of military turbulence.

After recovery, we were able to get a view of the state of affairs – a startup. Good thing that it was not from the deep end.

All the members of my team were excited about the opportunities offered by the world: “Coursera” and many other resources were opened and available free of charge, but, honestly, I had neither the strength, nor the understanding of what to do and in what order and for this reason I could not be on YouTube and other training applications. I lost the direction and had no idea what to do next.

Looking for opportunities for resumption of work, I discovered a newly added section in the app “DiiaBusiness. Consultation”. I decided to apply, despite the fact that I had some reservations.

After a few days, the first diagnostic meeting was conducted. In an hour and a half of a profound discussion with the first consultant – Mikhail Alperovitch, we easily identified the circle of issues I needed to deal with subsequently.

The next mentor for me was Konstantin Vorobiov. During our collaborative work, in 9 sessions a clear strategy was built and a step-by-step list of objectives was defined, which should contribute to work and assist my company in changing the situation for the better.

Also, the community meetings with Natalia Dzyuba each Thursday turned out to be extremely supportive. It indeed became important for me to feel a part of the community of people who united in order to share their own experience and solve the challenges they had faced.

The support program enabled me to improve the state of affairs. The ways and resources for some further actions were discovered, the gained tool became a point of support for the development, set the pace for changes and direction of movement. I gained confidence in the fact that everything is possible on condition of regular simple and comprehensible actions.

With deep gratitude for the provided assistance, with wishes of right and easy solutions to all of your issues and with respect, Marina Petrova.”
