INCARNE is a young Ukrainian brand from Lutsk which produces quality handmade leather products for customers in Ukraine and abroad since 2015.

When the russian aggression started, the team of INCARNE, as the majority of the Ukrainian entrepreneurs, were faced with some challenges of the war: a part of the team left the country, some problems with supply of materials developed, and we had to search for other partners. Nevertheless, apart from challenges, confided Andriy Vasiliev – the founder and executive director of INCARNE, a window of opportunities has been opened.

In a short period of time, with a team of people who stayed, the brand INCARNE resumed its work and began to produce leather first aid kits for soldiers – they were in acute need at that time.

“We were in an active search for employees in wartime. We have experienced an outflow of staff. Everyone who stayed was making first aid kits from the very first days – everyone was helpful on their own front. It is possible to change for the better even in wartime. We have learned to adapt quickly and have become more united,” – Andriy Vasiliev shares.

The team of the company INCARNE joined the project “Business Development Services Provided to Ukrainian MSME in crisis due to the ongoing war” with the request for expansion of the sales market and increase in sales volumes.

“The work with the consultant of the project Anna Khitrick has exceeded our expectations,” – Andriy Vasiliev points out. “We have received maximal immersion and support, carried out an analysis of the market, clientele, competitors and the SWOT-analysis. We have created a plan for improvements of processes and a customer journey map, formed a portrait of our client in b2b, because we plan on developing and changing in the direction of b2b. We have analyzed each following step. Now we have got the understanding and confidence in the fact that our team is on the right path. We are also grateful to the consultant Nadiia Serskykh for a detailed analysis of our communications in social media and useful advice.
