The commercial director of the company GP Agro Uliana Lytvyn joined the project “Business Development Services Provided to Ukrainian MSME in crisis due to the ongoing war” with a clear request: expand the internal sales market by developing partner relationships in the business environment.
The company is located in the Lviv region, and is specialized in growing, harvesting and selling berries, fruit, vegetables and their derivatives. It was planned to receive the consulting support for carrying out the research of the peculiarities of the business environment of partners’ activities in such industries as production of dairy products, beverages, semi-finished products, confectionery products, vegan products, production of teas with filling, tinctures and also natural cosmetics.
In the process of working with the consultant Hanna Kuleshova, the team of LLC GP Agro managed not only to satisfy the original request, but also to become immersed in the marketing strategy and change the overall positioning of the brand. LLC GP Agro turned from the supplier of services to a partner in developing business for customers. Today, in the company there is a clear vision of separating from competitors and developing new services for consumers on the domestic market.
